I came from Modesto, for a particular item. The staff was so helpful, informative and friendly. I loved that the staff was young and they seemed to care about their job.
I believe in supporting local businesses and I've been in the store many times but after the rudeness today from the night manager and the dark haired girl I'm assuming is a clerk I will never go back again. No one should treat customers they way we were treated and this young woman has no business being in retail. Unbelievably rude and manager was on the same page when she called him up front, so much for customer service the problem was mine period so get out of my store and I'm keeping your $20 deposit.
