The queuing to enter the store is completely counter productive. instead of social distancing in the store, people are on top of each other trying to get in. I would have thought that a home town store would have been run with some thought gone into it, but evidence shows that I'm wrong.

Store has great prices and a wide variety of products. The store was clean and employees we helpful.
I was recently in the store and purchased items that were on sale. Later that evening I received a call from Ace that they made a mistake and didn’t give me the sale price and informed me I had a refund waiting for me. I hadn’t even realized I didn’t get the sale price. They truly put customers first! We love Strand Ace Hardware in Escalon!
