Terrible quality, and not customer service at all. Forget about warranty, they don't answer the phone. Stay away. I deeply regret hiring this company for my impact window installation. Not only has the product failed—with multiple units showing signs of water infiltration just a short time after installation—but the complete lack of customer support is unacceptable. We have made 3 appointments, they did not show up, didn't open the door, we had to drive around back and forth. Unbelievable!
For six months I have been trying to contact this window company and no email response and phone just keeps ringing.
