Guys, you need to review your products and the quality of the plastic you put on your windows. The windows scratch easily and when you remove the plastic you put on them, it's just glue. How do you remove this glue for the love of God???? The worst experience with windows I've ever seen in my life. The black frame scratches very easily. I have a ES Sliding Glass Door 7/16 PVB impact glass – two panel. Issue with the Door is that it would not lock the lever would only go halfway and then all of a sudden, the lever moved and locked. Now we have a locked sliding door and unable to open since the lever will not move from the locked position. I called out for repair 10/23/24 and the first available appointment is 10/30/24 which I took. Esta compañía desde hace meses no nos ha respondido por los detalles para terminar las ventanas y puertas que instalamos, falta cubrir todos los anclajes y además se escudan diciendo que debo hablar con el l instalador, yo no contraté a un instalador aparte, esta compañía hizo todo por mi hasta el instalar enviaron, quiero que nos respondan por qué no las llamadas contestan
