Fooled me twice. Yesterday I paid for new tire installation and balancing. He confirmed that balancing is done, and good, when I specifically asked him, due to my previous experience with him. My front of the car is actually shaking at 60 mph so today I went back and asked for balancing and he said "No, the machine is broken". THAN HE RECOGNIZED ME FROM YESTERDAY.
