Hello, I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred this morning at your gym around 6:45 a.m. I am a current member of your facility. They talk you into signing up trll you that you wont be billed for a month next thing you know the billed you 100 and then 85 2 times all on the same day . Crooked once you sigb up you going to get taxed

EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE SALES/NOT HONORING 7 DAY FREE PASS: If I could give -1 stars I would. Went in today to try to redeem a 7 day free pass on their website. I wanted to scope out commercial gyms in OC. Waited 30 minutes by the front desk to be helped. One of the trainers took me on a 15 minute tour of the gym then did a body scan where he proceeded to ask me about my training goals. Pool Experience/ Aggressive Sales - I had a friend take me here as a guest. Normally they pepper guests with a soft to medium sell on a membership. I've had one local gym still sending texts EVERY OTHER DAY to a friend who I know cannot financially afford right now. What happened to No means No? In fairness, it is a great gym for straight workouts and cardio. The pool? Meh, see below... The fitness classes I've sampled in fairness were informative.
