She realized how miserable I was with my job, at the time and the long hours, I was putting in. After much soul searching, I took my real estate class and passed the state exam. Erv is one of the best! He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and always ready to work. He has bent over backwards to help us thru the buying process and even after closing he has helped us. I can’t say enough good things about this agent!
Working with Erv was in every way a positive experience! At our very first meeting he gave sound advice concerning how to prepare the property for sale- advice that saved hours of time, expenses, and headaches. Perhaps that which I appreciated most throughout the listing and sales process was the constant communication and updates he provided. If I had not known otherwise, I'd have thought I was Erv's only client! In the future, when I need the help of a real estate agent, Erv is the only one I'll be calling.

Erv was the only agent that responded to my inquiries. I attempted to use four agents and Erv was the fourth and the only one that return my calls and emails. No matter how many houses I wanted to look at he showed me and worked hard to get the answers that he may not had at the time I asked. And that was few and far between.
