When you first come into the shop it's a whole vibe. I always feel comfortable and in a safe space. I came in looking like I was living on the streets for 10 days and came out ready for the gala. She has a good rapport with everyone and she is a good listener from work stories and anything else I want to talk about. The wash is everything. She massages your scalp to the Gods and the products are vegan and soothing. Chi Chi stay slaying! She will be honest with you, if the style will not look right, if your hair needs a chop bc it is not growing, if you need to add some spice and razzle dazzle to ya life. She is everything and worth it. I never say 'what's my damage total,' I say, 'what's my glam total,' bc I ALWAYS leave her chair feeling and looking fabolous (the spelling was intentional.)
Chi Chi gets my hair together every single time!!!
