The people were very nice; however, the carpet quality and terrible installation (twice) was completely unacceptable for $10,000. Would never recommend them to anyone. It took 4 tries to get non-defective carpet (and that is only after picking a different carpet and mill). Even after the second complete installation, we have seams that look like swim lanes in 3 rooms because there were way too many seams than necessary and they were glued instead of using heat sealing tape. Beware!
RecommendedFrom the choosing our new floor to the measure, install and clean up our experience with Erskinds was above our expectations. We were very concerned about the installation and wanted the best. That is what we got!
Love my new vinyl floor purchased for my basement. The selection, measure and purchase went very well and the installation team was outstanding! Will definitely return for future purchases!
