When I arrived at the property I noticed right away that the outside was clean and no garbage laying around. First impressions are very important. As I walked through the hallways I was impressed by how clean it was, including the stairwells. It was the Assistant, Elmer, that showed me around. He was very polite and answered any question I had. Thank you Elmer for the wonderful tour.
Management sucks. Even though rental is cheaper than other places around this area ( like CAD 100), the building old and the management sucks. When we moved in we have documented few of defects so that we can have proof when we move out. We sent those photos to management and they told that they will fix and they only came and fix the windows. We didn't mind the minor things but oven was so filthy and too disgusting to use and the light bulb inside oven is not turning on either. So we asked them to do fix for us and the assi... read more
