If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am so disappointed by the lack of respect and customer service your company has. I booked this cleaning WEEKS in advance and no one came at all. When I reached out, I was told the cleaner did arrive but that they left because no one was home and frankly that's a lie because there were at least 3 people present at the house going in and out (since we were moving out of the place), so someone should've seen the cleaners and vice versa. I had an awful experience when getting my mother's house cleaned while she was in the hospital. I needed a same day service because of when she was getting released, so Errund gets a star for accommodating me there. However, the communication while booking was poor and I didn't get a confirmation of my booking until 3 hours before the service, so I wasn't sure they were even coming. I got a call after that and the man on the phone asked me the name of who was coming to clean for me and if it was written in the text message. ... read more

So i would like to leave a very long and informative review. This is a company/business that does not deserve to be established. Customers, employees and other seeking employment or services from here, beware! first it is very easy to become a cleaner for this company, however that doesn’t mean that everyone is a “professional” cleaner. We, the employee, has to buy all of our own supplies. i only did three jobs total for this company and I had to buy supplies three times because the houses I cleaned were so dirty and needed ... read more
