Dr. Kinsler is very down to Earth, personable, knowledgeable and explains things in laymen's terms which is refreshing!
I was supposed to be a new patient. Her office sent me a letter in the mail two weeks before my appointment saying they were cancelling my appointment. Yet that same week one of her nurses asked me to see someone else because the doctor was overbooked. I said no because my insurance covers a visit with the doctor not the nurse practitioner. No one at this office is answering their phone to reschedule.
