Driver swung door open and hit my parked vehicle. I had pictures but the driver would not provide info contacted Obi Chinasa the dispatch manager and they said the driver was not there but is clearly in the pictures. Company has very poor customer service, I would not deal with at all cost. It seems drivers are an ongoing issue with this company.

I see complaints about the drivers isn’t new. Today 12/20/2024. Driver of a silver mini van cut me off. He was in the turn lane, I was one the lane to go straight. He decided to keep going straight. We could have colided obviously he would have been at fault because I was in the correct lane. Cold weather today and it was raining making the situation bad. I had 3 kids in the car.
