Do NOT hire this Madison company!! I did last fall and they NEVER showed up - NEVER heard from them again - no explanation, I was just left trying to figure out how to get moved!!!
DO NOT HIRE. They were 5 hours late. I paid for a two hour minimum and they stayed 90 minutes. I only didn’t tip them because they kept telling me they had to leave. I also had to leave - when I hired them at 11am. Also because I ended up moving half of my things.
Left me half moved. Stole 600 bucks and didn’t even do the job. Trashed my bookcase and couch. This was an emergency situation move for me, I really needed the help, which they agreed to quickly. These men screwed me bad. They say “it’s my fault” because I “did a poor job at estimating.” I’m sorry buddy but this is your business. Not mine, your expertise, not mine. Had a great experience with them on pretty short notice back in April 2019. Super professional, easy to work with, very nice people, and did the job carefully *and* fast! I would absolutely use them again for another move!
I can't thank Ero Moving enough for such a quick and easy moving experience. Pedro and Jason were quite professional and caring - and reasonable. They moved mom's heavy piano from Kenosha to New Berlin and it all took far less time (and money) than I originally expected. Classy young men and quite strong managing a 400 pound piano with the proper equipment and protective padding.
