VERY professional to deal with. James came over and installed a new motor and blower in my furnace on a Sunday morning. Very knowledgeable about what the problem is and what the solution is. Reasonably priced. Murphys law: blower fails on a hot summer Saturday night. Left message on voice mail at 2am. They called back and left voice mail at 8am, Sunday morning. Extremely happy with Ernsperger. James was extremely friendly and helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. I trust the work that was done, was impressed with extra work put in to make sure the whole system wasn't just working again, but operating smoothly, and was pleasantly surprised that the cost was lower than expected. If you're looking because you didn't like the sound of a nearly hundred dollar "trip charge" from another company, call these guys. You won't be disappointed.
We've had two super great experiences with Ernsperger now! They stand out in their professionalism and problem-solving abilities. Last year when our furnace blower went out, they prioritized getting us on the schedule because we had no heat and a toddler vulnerable to the falling temps. More recently they pursued a problem with our furnace/water heater exhaust system until it was fixed even though it wasn't quick to diagnose. Thank you for your great service!
