I wish I could post a picture of this. They towed my sister's van and dropped it right in the middle of the driveway, completely blocking the road. We live in a trailer park, so nobody can drive past it. The landlord told my sister that if she couldn't get it moved, he would have it towed, and that's exactly what he did. Terrible experience! I would never use Ernie’s Wrecker Service again or recommend them to anyone. My family waited four hours in a parking lot on the side of the highway in 93 degree heat. We only had a small amount of water for my young daughter. The dispatcher was the problem. She kept telling us that the driver was one the way then would make an excuse why he was not. The driver was great and told us they only had one driver that day and several calls. If we would have known that it was going to be four hours we would hav... read more
