The guys did a really great job getting the car out of a tight garage and towing it to Little Rock on Sunday, The driver was very nice and explained everything to me. The guy that came to help him was great as well. I was very satisfied with the service.
This is Hot Springs 1st and Best Wrecker Service. New owners. I had a long time friend and customer call me this morning 12/01/23. 4:00 am.. He had run off the road and needed help. I called Dispatch woke him up and he was easy to talk to without coffee . Dispatched Scotty who did a great job damage free winch out. And gave us a great price! I highly recommend this towing company for all your vehicle towing needs.....
I don’t know of and or never have I had done business with this tow company. My three star review is based on mine and others experience with he/she tow truck driver cutting off vehicles, staying in left hand lane wile carrying vehicle of top speed 40mph and to top the whole fiasco / traffic jam the driver was dropping debris on bypass and following vehicles. This driver definitely needs training.
I would to share my experience with Ernie's about their employee Zachary. He went above and beyond to help us with our vehicle. We were having issues trying to get our tire fixed in a location and the lug was on their good and tight. I mean real good and tight. We all tired but Zachary he tried everything possible but eventually we had to have it towed. Zachary showed us so much care and concern and he did what he could to help us til we all finally gave up 😂. Extremely polite and funny. Ernie u have a good man on your team... read more
