I really appreciated their quick honest response on cost of repairs. And when an additional repair was required they called me first, took pictures, and made sure I understood the additional expense before proceeding. Really nice staff there too.
Worst company to deal with. Cuts corners anywhere they can to save themselves money even though your insurance company has paid to them to replace something they will not they will try to save every part they can so they pocket more money.
