This is my first experience buying a bike. The workers made me feel well informed and helped me to understand the difference between each bike/model. They built the bike I was interested in and called me when it was ready to have a test ride. I had a different associate on my return visit and he was just as helpful!! Keep up the good work and fantastic employees!!
Went to the North Canton location to look at full suspension Trek bikes. Right away I had a sales person asking if I needed help. He found someone to answer my question. I talked with a salesman by the name of, Joe. He was very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know and more about full suspension trek bikes.
Friendly and knowledgeable. These folks DO ride and that means a lot. Fair prices and really good service by techs that seem to know what they're doing.
I just can't thank you enough for Sam's custom adaptive trike. It turned out exactly how I had envisioned. He loves it, we love it! You guys are the best!
Last week i had called and asked if you took bikes in that need repair in trade for new bikes? Was told yes. We brought multiple bikes in to your shop only to be told you would only except 1 bike on trade in per 1 bike purchase (1st mistake). Decided to take time to look through bikes and found one. $139.99 but on sale for $99. Was given $40 on one trade in. Went in to make transaction only to be told I owed $100.76.
