I go to the New Philadelphia shop and they always treat me good. By far the best around.
Time and time again, bad service! Sold me the wrong frame size, put my front tire on the back wheel, put my headset in upside down, then refused to fix it and said goodluck, dropped my bike and put a 4 in scratch down my handlebars. These are just a few. But goodluck

Bought my new bike here,I highly recommend Ernie's. Ended up spending a little more than I originally wanted but after I rode the bike they recomended on the trail it was worth it. If you don't see what your looking for ask one of the staff they have bikes in stock that aren't on the floor(new in box). Check them out.
My wife & I did the night ride tonight. We've been trying to get up here to do it. It was fun. Need better lights & my hybrid if/when we do it again. Brought my road bike.Very nice bunch. Thanks

Stopped here the other day, as I am walking across America. They greased up my wheels and filled the tires on the cart I'm pushing, even offered me a place to stay for the night, thank you!! #jessicawalking
