great staff and very pleased about my overall experience
Ernie's did a great job repairing my mother's car!!
Cannot say enough good things about this place! I spoke with Tammy who was extremely nice and took care of everything. I drove there and they had a beautiful rental waiting for me. Everything was done on sight. They dealt with the insurance and getting me a rental. I did absolutely nothing! When I picked up my truck it was better than the day I pulled it off the lot. Highly recommend!
I recently took my car to Ernie's Auto Body and I have to say that I've been to alot of auto body shops with my kids and this was by far the BEST in terms of workmanship , being completed on time and professional staff. They even cleaned not just the car ash tray but I had a cup holder ash tray that was also cleaned. Never before have I had a shop take such good care of my car. One of the best Auto Body Shops I have been too. From the moment I walked in and spoke with Tammy and Ernie about the work needing to be done after I was rear ended on my GLE 250 Mercedes-Benz, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tammy made sure I had my rent-a-car delivered to they location and Ernie went beyond and got me an upgrade on a rental. Thank you for making my car brand new again!! Ernie and his entire staff were so helpful and kind the entire way through after my car was damaged by a hit and run. They took a very stressful situation and made it stress free. From the moment I walked in to Ernie’s Shop, I was treated like a family member and I knew that I had nothing to worry about. I picked up my car and their work is impeccable.
