I had gotten into an accident and took my car to Ernie's Auto Body. Tammi in the office couldn't be any nicer and was able to answer all my questions. They were able to handle everything with my insurance company and were able to set me up with a rental car. They were so helpful in a time when I didn't know what to expect. They did a fantastic paint job it looks brand new. They did it in a timely manner and completed the work on time. I would recommend Ernie's Auto Body because it was an overall fantastic experience.

When i was there on 2 occasions one of the mechanics smelled of booze. It was bad. He was off balance. I saw a beer on the shop floor. This is not a place to have work done when somebody is intoxicated. I am calling this in to report it to health and safety. This person should not be employed. I am hoping people see this and avoid this place.

I can assure you that I run a very tight ship with staff that has been with me for many years and there has NEVER been any type of alcohol in my shop EVER. Perhaps you are mistaking my shop with another shop.
Ernie's auto body shop is amazing from the time of the accident all the way til you pick up your car! Friendly, Reliable and the work is outstanding 👍

If you love 💘 your car, take it to Ernies. They had my whip looking beautiful again after getting all scraped from a sideswap. A friend insisted I go there, and her advice was spot on.
Shout out to Ernie's Auto Body on South Broadway in Hicksville. They did great work for a family member in the past and today the perfectly repaired the interior of my car damaged by hand sanitizer and would not take any money! What a great local business. Hope you stay safe but if you need body work they are the best.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ernie and Tammy are true professionals. My car was repaired on time and came out amazing! My experience with Ernie’s Auto Body took the aggravation away from the accident and made it a pleasant one.
