Ernie was great. He held my hand through the home buying process just as much as I needed him to. He helped create searches to filter the homes I was looking for. He met me at every home visit. He showed me all the little things a normal person would miss. It took months, and from start to finish he had positivity, support and grace. I was very happy to have him in my corner and very proud to be a home owner now, all with his help. I highly recommend Ernie!
3 years ago I bought a house with proceeds from insurance money from a house fire. Stayed there just over 3 years. Sold it at a profit and bought a less expensive home and banked a nice chunk of change. Ernie was my agent for both purchases and the sale. He's 100% professional and listens to what you want to do. Together we made the plan work!! He's a great and I couldn't have ask for a better agent!!
