Mary Beth & Rich were great! From the moment I spoke on the phone with Mary Beth to inquire about my vehicle. They worked great as a team assuring that I was highly satisfied & were both very attentive in a process that could be overwhelming. Like stepping back in time, no hassle , easiest car buy I have had in a really long time. 1 hour out the door including sole test drive, and that pesky sales guy doesn't have to hound you from the back seat. Recommend to family and friends, will definitely buy again from Mary Beth. She is the best.
Had a great review and experience to share for the first 5 and a half months. Bought a very clean, 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport and after having it for a total of less than 6 months, the vehicle now has major engine damage (10k+). Without any warning, it broke down last Sunday night and had to be towed to only find out the cost to fix would be close what we purchased the car for…very disappointed! We basically just rented a used car for 5 and a half months for $12,000!
Shady... lied to me and said I would only be approved for a loan if I bought a warranty and gap insurance. Called them out on that, because that's illegal for a bank to do. Then got told they don't want to sell to me unless I pay for the warranty. "The bank takes too much of a %". That's not my problem. Avoid this place. They will probably reply and say that's not true. But I have witnesses who heard the phone call
Mary Beth has been very helpful and a lovely human being. I have loved and enjoyed my time with Ernie Patti Auto Sales. Will definitely refer my friends and family.
