I have bought two houses now with Mr. Mora and he has been nothing but professional, helpful, committed and most importantly extremely available at any time of the day. We found ourselves needing to do a 1031 exchange, and was hoping to find a property in the central coast region. We decided though that we should have a Plan B, so we reached out to Ernie. We had not been in contact with him for 2 years, but he remembered us, and told us he would be there if we needed him.
