Dropped off a sofa with agreed upon price, pictures, measurements and a detailed sketch. I delivered the two sofas to the business and they decided to extort/charge me 80% more upon dropoff after getting it delivered to their address. Do not use this business
This is the best place to get your furniture upholstered. Instead of throwing away what you think isn’t good anymore because it’s worn out. Come here and get it looking fresh and new again.
They do such a great job in repairs. We use them at Lucky Strike for all of our couches. Completely recommend them for the work!
Great work! I love all of the beautiful fabrics they offer. I was so pleased with the work they did making a slipcover for my couch, that I went back six months later, and had them make a slipcover for my chair and ottoman. May take a little longer than promised, but I was not pressed for time, so no biggie.
I have ordered cushions and having a problem with Maria, she would promise a delivery date without calling when it is delayed. I also have called multiple times to get an update, then she would say, I will call you back but never called back. This is going to affect your business because customer service is non-existent.
