Gross. If you think this is good Mexican food you need help.. take it from a fat guy that has been eating Mexican restaurant food for years this sucks BAD.
I ordered the shredded beef and cheese Chimi (as I always do) and it was amazing. Ernesto’s has always been my go to restaurant whenever I’m in Parsons.
