Dr Hernandez listened to me & gave me great advice. He was very good at breaking things down so I could understand.
He listens. He's help me so much.
After waiting awhile in the room after seeing the nurse, Dr Hernandez comes in and doesn't even introduce himself to me, a new patient. Asks me why I'm in today so I explain the problem.
