I called Ernest & Sons Plumbing after hearing a steady dripping sound in my downstairs guest bathroom. I did not see any water stains or damage on the ceiling, walls, or floor, so I set up a non-emergency appointment for the next day. Lawrence has helped us twice with plumbing work. He first fixed a leaking water line, and more recently he replaced a failed sump pump. Even though it was an after-hours call, he got here within a couple of hours, which was better than we expected. He was excellent to work with. He explained each step of the repair, answered our questions, and helped us understand what was happening with the pipe and pump.
