Lawrence has helped us twice with plumbing work. He first fixed a leaking water line, and more recently he replaced a failed sump pump. Even though it was an after-hours call, he got here within a couple of hours, which was better than we expected. He was excellent to work with. He explained each step of the repair, answered our questions, and helped us understand what was happening with the pipe and pump. i would definitely recommend this plumbing company. We have used their plumber service two times so far, and both visits went really well. The first tech, sean, did an amazing job replacing the hot water valve on our water heater. he explained the issue clearly, walked us through what to expect, and helped us understand the early signs of a slab leak.
