My complaint is not with the Dr. but the receptionist who answers the phone. I am out of state on vacation and called to get my blood pressure medicine refilled at a pharmacy here in Sparks Nv. She was so rude and uncaring and short with me. She may be busy but there is no excuse for her rudeness to me. I do not think Dr. Meinhardt should have such a person representing his office. My rating of poor is soley based on this rude receptionist and I may consider finding another primary care Dr.
