I'm lucky to have Dr. Fontecha (IPA fɑnˈtɛʃə, ch like "shh") for my primary care. I'm two appointments in and I think it's beyond a good first impression. He's a talented and caring doctor, also personable and with good soft skills, works rapidly and accurately, takes in a ton of detail, seems to somehow get it all correct, engages in complicated post-visit care with his staff and somehow does this with patient after patient. If you are able to schedule with him, do so.
