If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at ERMI Braiding Salon. I got Boho/Bora Bora braids, and my human hair pieces started falling out because my braider did not properly secure them into the braids. This has resulted in excessive shedding and wasted the money I spent on both the service and the human hair. For the amount of money spent, I expected my hair to be installed properly and securely. Very disappointing experience. I’ve been going to this barber for about six months, but this has happened multiple times. Today, I made a 4:00 PM appointment, arrived on time, and the barber wasn’t there. He told me he would be back in 15–20 minutes, so I waited until 4:30 PM, but he still didn’t show up. I understand that things happen, but repeatedly not respecting appointments and customers’ time is unacceptable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this barber.
Good people, good service and amazing work!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair I can’t wait for my next appointment!!
I called one day and was able to get appointment for the following morning!! My braider was ready and waiting on me !! once she started she didn't stop until she was completely done!! She was fast and amazing! I have received nothing but complements!! I will be going back for sure!& I've given the number to several people!!
