I completed a wonderful walk in appointment for miracle knots. The customer service was phenomenal. Chaltu did an awesome job. She was kind, gentle, and very fast. I will definitely be returning to get more braiding styles!
I came and asked this dude if he knew how to cut hair because there was no one else exept him and he said yes. So I sat in the chair and let him cut my hair the process was extremely painful and he literally made the back of my head bleed a whenever he also cut a small strands of my hair it was torture like why would you hire someone who doesn’t even know what he’s doing plus he even literally scratched my scalp and there’s marks all over never come to this place again and also ermi the owner fire this man
Updated review: I came back for Fulani boho braids. Once again the price I was originally quoted was incorrect. I do appreciate my braider and think my braids look good but it took way too long. I came in around 6:30pm ( I initially came in at 5 as agreed and was told to return at 6:30) and didn’t leave until almost 5am. I have work at 9am. I have been to Ermi’s multiple times with no issues, but my experience yesterday was completely unacceptable. I arrived on Saturday at 9:45 a.m. and didn’t leave until 8:15 p.m. over 10 hours in the shop. The pictures attached show exactly what I’m talking about. The strand of hair hanging out is my own hair, left unbraided. The ends of my braids were not sealed properly, and the boho pieces are sticking out everywhere. Very professional and kind staff!! I got small boho knotless at a reasonable price and my braider was very detailed and efficient. Wish I remembered her name! 100% going back
