Let me start in the beginning. It was on a weekend I decided to get my hair done. I called and they mentioned a deposit. Once i sent it I got Ermis on the phone to say two different prices to me on two occasion before i finally booked $200 one day 280 another. I am pleased with the outcome of my small knotless braids and have received several compliments. I arrived at the salon at 8 a.m. and didn't leave until 7:30 p.m. The woman who did my hair worked the entire time and only took one lunch break. When I called to book my appointment, I was told it would take up to 6 hours, but it took almost 12 hours.
