While Setting the machine up, he gave me good pointers On how to use it. He made the delivery, smooth and stress-free. Having the equipment here on time means a lot to my recovery process. I received outstanding service in the use of a medical chair to relieve a frozen shoulder. The representative Katie Fairchild Delivered the chair set it up gave detailed instructions on how to use it. Checked on the a week later via text. The chair was kept for over two months with Kaitie coming over and changing the use of the chair to stretch out other areas of the shoulder.
