Had the tree in my back yard cut down and asked to keep the wood, they left it scattered all over my yard with huge logs everywhere. I’ve had to since get a chainsaw to finish the job I paid for, and now have gotten a violation letter from Iowa City about the remaining debris. To say I’m displeased is an understatement, half assed job, do not recommend.
Dylan and crew did an amazing job taking down the rotten tree in my yard and very reasonably priced! Would 100% recommend to anyone!
Very happy with the experience. Fairly priced and quick work. They thoroughly explained everything and were able to work around wiring in the yard. Good communication. Overall I would recommend, will definitely have them back for other jobs! :)
Same experience as others. No follow up. I just bought a chainsaw and did it myself. Tree trimming in this area is WAY OVERPRICED. Not that hard to trim a tree.. The cost of a chainsaw is cheaper.
Poor communication, poor customer service. I reached out to them to get a quote for getting some trimming done in my yard. They asked for my address and said they'd try to add it to route for next day. I reached back out and asked when they were coming by. They never contacted me to let me know a time or date so that I could show them what I needed done.
