Brought my car for a mechanical problem,They broke my turn signal lever and dared to tell me it was already broken! took NO responsibility. They fixed it but gave me such a hard time, after that they sold me on two catalitics that are not for my vehicle, and didn't even need it,thinking they know what they are doing , I accepted, now my car has serious catalytic problems, had to take my car to a different shop which told me how unprofessional ERJ's work is.
