CHARGED ME 1300 TO FIX 3 THINGS ON MY CAR.. KEPT THE CAR 4 HOURS THEN TOLD ME HE NEEDED AN EXTRA 700 TO FIX SOMETHING ELSE… I OPTED TO TAKE MY CAR BACK.. THE OWNER HID IN THE RESTROOM FOR OVER 30 MINUTES TO AVOID GIVING ME AN INVOICE SO I LEFT… IM FROM CALIFORNIA SO I CALLED HIM FOR THE INVOICE AND HE SAID HE ONLY FIXED ONE MINOR THING AND NEVER THE MAJOR PARTS FOR WHICH HE CHARGED ME FOR!!… HE STILL HAS NOT PROVIDED ME WITH INVOICE OF THE WORK HE CLAIMED TO NOT HAVE DONE… I HAVE DISPUTED THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK AND HAVE FI... read more
Ok..I was referred to this establishment by a good friend. I called at 9 am and asked for an estimate the receptionist took down my information and I was supposed to get a call from some one with the estimate. At 12 pm I called back and another person asked the same questions, I gave the same answers. Called back at 2 pm...called back again at 3pm...no estimate.
