The wait time was very minimal. The staff was very polite (offered me water during my wait). The doctor walked me through all of my options and explained everything to me before we began anything. She asked a number of questions to ensure she understood my issues.
The entire staff is friendly-no grumps. We are able to share a few laughs.
Dr. Gardner was very personable, thorough in asking questions. The thing that impressed me the most was that she listened and seemed to care about me.
Dr. Gardener is a sharpe listener. When struggling to express what I was experiencing, she restated and asked is this what your trying to say. I was not sure if what I wanted was what this business could provide, but it is.Thanks for reassuring me that I selected the right place.
Dr Gardner is a very good doctor. She help me a lot. She sits and listens to my questions and answers me on what I should do. The office staff is very helpful,friendly.
She listened to all I had to say. Explained things that I was unclear about from a visit to another dr. We came up with a plan to proceed with my care that was amenable to both of us. So far it is working well. She’s so sharp and smart about her field that she is very helpful with anything that I have going on. She’s just the best.
She took the time cover all areas and explained things very thoroughly.She was compassionate and considerate.Everyone at that office was AMAZING!
Dr. Gardner and I chatted about my health and healthcare. While I did not think I had questions, as she reviewed my information I found I really did have questions. Her time helped me to better understand my allergy related issues and gives me a chance to better deal with them. Thank you Dr. Gardner.
I really appreciate her explanations, making sure I understand & how well the office communicates with me. It took me 10 months to find a doctor qualified to diagnose & treat mcas, but she was well worth the wait.
