Erin is amazing and very resourceful. While I didn’t end up getting a home, she was very helpful throughout out the process! Negotiating with the Seller and HOA, she handled them like a pro. I’m so thankful I was introduced to her. She helped me get the most out of the seller concessions and when things didn’t pan out she helped get me a good chunk of my money back from earlier house expenses. Erin is the type of Realtor that works for you. Not the other way around. Thank you Erin! For all that you do!
