He was kind and patient and confirmed that my symptoms were concerning. He ordered the tests I need very quickly and has explained everything all along the way. I cannot recommend him enough. His actions saved my life.
Dr. Bassam was the worst doctor I have seen. He doesn’t listen to your problems. I have muscle weakness and pain and he dismissed it. He wanted to do the same test 2 other doctors have already done and they came back negative. I wished I would have seen his reviews before my neurologist sent me to him. Don’t go it’s a waste of everyone time yours and his.
Dr Bassam was the 4th (5th including pain management). One n New Orleans, two on Gulf Coast. I’ve lost 60 lbs unintentionally and Dr Bassam guessing before test are complete, could be from ALS to Cancer. Can’t wait to get the tests going.
Rude and does not listen
This man is an excellent doctor. He accepted my case from the recommendation of my Doctors at South Baldwin Medical Center and has literally saved and changed my life.
