Yes! Make the appointment! Dr Castellano will not only review ALL your results with you. She actually answers ALL your questions. She will also make recommendations for every single issue you have . The staff is nice.

I called at 9:24am, to confirm the fax number for the office to send a chronic condition form and to confirm if a patient sees Erin, (NP) but the receptionist stated she cannot confirm if a patient sees Erin so then I informed her that I will be calling back to confirm if they have received the form and she hung up on me. I called again at 9:43am, and got hung up on so then, I had to call again. After waiting, 6 minutes on the phone on the third call, I got hung up again.
