She doesn't take anything you say seriously. She is arrogant. Acts like you're bothering her, while you have a scheduled appointment and are paying to be there, and have very valid concerns. Doesn't send the referral when you make it VERY clear you want it sent NOW. Signed the mom of the child she saw multiple times with walking pneumonia THAT SHE BRUSHED OFF last year, and now just left devos with an asthma diagnosis, 2 Inhalers, new medications, and a nebulizer for my 5 year old.
