Erin was amazing! There is no way I would have been able to successfully negotiate the buying process without her! Her familiarity with the building, mortgage, and closing processes is unparalleled. She was instrumental every step of the way! From narrowing down the choices to the final walk through, Erin was there to help every step of the way.
Erin was an outstanding realtor. When I listed my house for sale, she was very informative and helped me arrive at an appropriate sale price and followed the process aggressively with an offer after only three weeks.
