Erin Lee did a great job for our family with the sale of my late mother's house. Erin clearly formulated a sales plan appropriate for our property and worked with us step by step towards the final sale. Erin was immediately available with guidance whenever we hit something unexpected. I do not believe the other realtors we spoke with could have handled the curve balls or maximized our proceeds as well as Erin did.
