What an amazing venue... great job to all those involved!!!!
Kudos to the USGA. Things went so smoothly for getting in and out of the event. Hats off! The course is beautiful and looks very well maintained. It will take sometime to undo the damage of having so many people trample on your fescue, but I am confident they can do it. There were plenty of restrooms, and if people were a little smarter, they would know how to navigate them instead of standing still waiting, for who knows what?! First U S Open went Friday and Sunday but have been to 4 or 5 other PGA events the parking and busing were like all the other events, the bus ride might have a little longer. Love the course and all the volunteers were very friendly and helpful. They could of had some more food and drink tents and I do agree that the PGA went overboard on not taking any pictures.
