Went to Dr Haley after being seen by my grandma getting referred to her. She seen me same day decided surgery was my best option. I had an abcess on my breast. Has surgery following day. Great Dr great bedside manner.
Very professional answered all my questions even now after surgery she made sure I was comfortable and her team as well have been very professional and answered my questions to the best of their ability and if they didn’t know they answer they would either say that’s a question for Dr. Hale or they would try to get an answer and let me know. I went to the ER because I couldn't withstand the pain I was in any further. The entire ER staff treated me excellently and professionally diagnosed that I had gallstones. Then I was seen by Dr. Hale and she discussed everything about the procedure. She is the surgeon who successfully operated on me with her amazing staff at Mercy hospital.
