I had a new patient appointment scheduled with Erin Brown today at 9:00 AM. I traveled over an hour to get to this office for the first time, driving through heavy rain, school traffic, and rush hour. Despite these delays—and the difficulty of valet parking—I arrived at 9:09 AM. I apologized for being nine minutes late, and the two receptionists at the front desk were very kind and understanding. Erin Brown has done wonders for me. She is detail oriented, and a great listener too. She worked dillegently to get me the correct medication, which has allowed me to have a better quality of life, which seemed impossible for me to achieve. She cares, and in my opinion, she has been nothing short of brilliant.
