She spent time with me, answered all of my questions, didn’t seem rushed
One visit and our medical outlook has improved. Dr.Balzer is very diplomatic and caring .
Took my almost three month old baby in to get checked (wasn’t nursing well) dr balzer comes in doesn’t sanitize hands used computer doesn’t wear gloves or wash hands and sticks her finger in baby’s mouth (has him suck on it and she tried to scratch at his tongue with HER NAIL which also had chipped up old nail polish on it) balzer always says could be this could be that she very rarely has a diagnosis and sometimes she will GOOGLE the symptoms and show you on google what you need to do . Dr. Balzer and staff have done a great job for me in all my visits!!
BEWARE!! Dr. Balzer & Staff(Sheena & Leslie) are apathetic and beyond unprofessional!I presented with symptoms of a blood clot. I had the scan on 4-10-2020. I patiently waited for a follow up call from Dr. Balzer or a member of her staff for the results. After 5 business days(I was told it would take 2-3 days for her to get results from radiology)I decided to call her office. I was told her Medical Assistant would contact me later that day. Had to go in for knee pain. Dr. Balzer took X-rays and time to check everything out. Gave me my options and let me decide what I wanted to do. When I chose an injection she got me right in and did an awesome job. I was a little leery of getting an injection in my knee, but she did a great job.
She is awesome!!!
My daughter and I started as new patients. We have been to her office a few times in a few months. Now changing PCP! She acts polite but wants the visit to be a quick in and out. The dr or office never called or returned my calls like they said they would about important things. I am not picky but this is a joke with multiple issues! Over all poor service.
