Your wait time is always longer than the visit or conversation with the Dr. always feels so rushed. Would like to feel like she actually listens but she doesn’t.
Dr. Balzer is calm, friendly and very caring! She makes you feel like you are her only patient when she is with you. She is very compassionate and makes you feel comfortable. I know she is very thorough as well. I wish everybody had her as a Primary Care Physician. Her new spacious facility has a lab, kind staff and is very welcoming! I just love Dr. Erin Balzer!
Dr. Balzer always takes the time to listen. She has a very pleasing, patient-oriented demeanor. She explains the treatment plan (or lab results) in easy-to-understand verbiage.
First to see Dr. Balzer. My previous primary care doc moved to another practice. The initial impression is positive. I have high expectations for future medical care from her. Dr. Balzer is a good listener, communicator, great patient shills, as well as showing genuine concern for my overall health.
I have been a patient of hers for 4 years. Dr Balzer listens , tells me the things I need to know in terms I can understand. She has a great bedside manner , communicates I highly recommend her. As someone who is getting older with health issues she is the best.
I don’t usually leave reviews but had a really poor experience with Dr. Balzer and her staff. As other have noted, she’s very unresponsive. She took a month to report normal pap results to me. I left my appointment in tears. She was rather rude and made comments that made me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Balzer.
She seems to not know what she’s doing and compromised my health because of it. It was obvious when she walked in the room, she could not wait to get out. She takes several days to get back to patients on messages.
felt extremely rushed every appointment and my appointment always runs at least 25 min behind schedule. she is hard to get ahold of and will completely dismiss you when she is busy. I would not recommend her to anyone.
I’ve always had great experiences going to her. Highly recommend
