Dr. Marcotsis is professional, but also personable and attentive. She makes you feel as though you and your health are important to her and not like she needs to rush you through to her next appointment. She came highly recommended to me and I always recommend her to any of my friends.

Erin did an excellent job to address my issue. She took the time to clean the wax from my ear and prescribed meds to potential infection. she also sent a follow up note to ask if the pain has subsided. I am very impressed
