So what my first couple appointments I thought she was awesome 4 minutes after my surgery I have an infection that she is blaming on me smoking and she wants to go right back in and cut my nipple in the areola off and then says she doesn't know if I'll get an infection again in another year so they don't want to replace the nipple in areola which to me sounds like you're just carving on my breasts some more without thinking it through
Dr. Zusan is an excellent doctor and perfect for working with women diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Her compassion, knowledge, expertise, and empathy are evident with her care. Dr. Zusan also recommended an excellent team: oncologist and plastic surgeon. She was who I needed when I was dealing with all of the uncertainty once I was diagnosed.

Dr. Zusan is without a doubt the best doctor/surgeon I have ever encountered. She thoroughly explains everything so you fully understand all the details. She is kind and caring with the best bedside manner I have ever seen in a surgeon and I’ve seen quite a few in my lifetime. I had total confidence in her and her exceptional knowledge and surgical abilities. I was blessed to have found her!
