I would give this business a -10 if I was able to. Contacted Erik to dispose of my car and it was picked up on May 4, 2024 for disposal. Today is October 25, 2024 and I received a letter from RoadSafe BC that my car is at All Ways Towing impound since October 2 and have to go pick it up. RoadSafety BC indicated the vehicle was in my name when it went to impound. I called Erik to find out waddup, and he stuttered and sounded surprised and indicated it has been in his yard.
