I can get my car in for check ups pretty quickly. Everyone who works there is super friendly and the shop dogs are an added bonus. I usually wait there in the comfortable waiting area. After the job is done you get a detailed account of what they did as well as pictures. Very thorough!
Erik’s took such great care of my Audi and Ford! They go through it very thoroughly and make sure to let you know what needs to be done! They are the only ones I trust with my vehicle!
Amazing service all the way around. Was able to schedule me quickly for a inspection. Inspection was very detailed (included pictures and covered everything). Jose listened to my needs, showed genuine compassion and gave amazing follow up. They just gained a customer for life and I would highly recommend them. They know their stuff. This is the best shop ever- started going here two years ago. Easy to get an appt time that works with schedule. They’re professional and let customers know what’s going on and the cost. They will also breakdown the service- doing part A then coming back for part B, so not as big a hit to pocketbook at one time. Highly recommend this shop.
Erik’s maintains my primary transportation and only ride. Jose is always up beat and pleasant when I arrive. I trust them with my ride. Good service at a fair rate. If you drive European, these are the ticket. -Mike
