Been trying to schedule an appointment for required maintenance but Service Department has been ignoring my calls and emails. Poor customer service. Can not schedule appointment through website since it will not allow me.

I have never worked with a service department that is as friendly and helpful as the one at Erik's. I never feel I am being talked down to, they listen to my concerns and have been very helpful in getting the work done on my vehicle.

We drove 3 hours to checkout a used STX. I spoke with Jon to make sure the car was available He said it was but hadn’t gone through their safety check. We drove up looked at the car and made a deal to hold the car until they could check it out. The deal was fair and they gave me a good trade in price. After the safety check they put rear shocks on the car at no cost to me. We did have to drive back 3 hours but it was worth it. Jon was amazing with his kindness and concern to treat us fairly.
