Friendly and efficient service.
This replaces what was a five-star review which was written prior to taking delivery of our car. Firstly, the salesman, Adam Alva was top notch and very helpful. The Malibu car is very nice, and we are very pleased with it. However, when picking up the car, our very positive experience changed. We had to see the finance manager, Matt Hoover, who pushed us very hard to buy an extended warranty.
